Professional Background
Dr. Arlene R. Barro, a nationally and internationally recognized search consultant, is the founder, president & CEO of Barro Global Search, Inc., an executive search firm which employs The Right Fit Method in conducting searches, career coaching and consulting. Prior to her entrepreneurial enterprises, Dr. Barro had a distinguished healthcare career which included: heading the $60 million education program at the National Institutes of Health, serving as a medical school dean at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and holding the position of Associate Professor of Surgery (Education) at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. Her industry “firsts”—which include The Right Fit Method—have spearheaded significant innovation.
